Is it free?
The booking page, calendar, reminders and waitlist are free while you have any AI Office integration, and free to try for anyone for 30 days. Standalone it is $39 a month per business, unlimited staff and bookings.
Do I need to move from my current booking tool?
No. Run both for a month. Export from here is one click, and import from a CSV is done with you during the audit week.
How do reminders go out?
By text to the mobile number the customer gave, the day before and two hours before. A reply of C confirms. Email if there is no mobile number.
Can customers pay a deposit?
Yes, through your own Stripe account. Set a percentage for every service or a fixed amount per service. Deposits are paid at booking through Stripe Checkout.
Can I put it on my website?
Two lines of code, in the settings. It also works as a plain link for your Google Business Profile, Instagram and voicemail.
How do the AI agents use it?
The phone, chat and email integrations book, move and cancel through the booking API with a key you create in settings. The same calendar, no double bookings.
