Built on our own desks first
AI Office started as the tooling for offices we ran ourselves: phones that rang after hours, inboxes full of quotes, paperwork that expired unnoticed. We built the integrations to fix our own days, then packaged them for other offices.
What we believe
- AI should do work, not talk about it. A chat that cannot book a slot is a toy.
- The office already has its systems. We plug in, we do not replace.
- A person is always one step away. Hand-off is a feature, not a failure.
- Every paid service needs a hard cap. Bills are decided in advance, not discovered later.
- Nothing goes live untested on real cases with the owner listening.
How we work
Small team, fixed prices, written scope. The audit week produces a one page plan that says exactly what AI will do, what it will hand off and what it will never touch. That page is the contract.
We use the best model for each job and change models when a better one appears. You never have to know or care which one is answering.
