Privacy policy

On this website
We count page views with a small script that records the page, the referring page, the screen width and a hashed version of your IP address that changes every day. It cannot identify you and we do not try to. Calculators run in your browser and send nothing to us.
When you write to us through the contact form we store the message, your email address, the phone number if you gave one and the IP address it came from, so we can reply and stop abuse. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not share the message.
Inside an integration
When AI Office is set up for your office, the AI reads and writes data inside your own systems: your phone provider, your mailbox, your calendar, your storage, your books. That data stays where it is. We keep a log of actions taken and, for phone calls, transcripts and recordings, stored on servers we operate for you. You can open, export or delete that log at any time and it is deleted when the service ends.
Calls, messages and documents are processed by AI model providers under contracts that forbid them from training on your data. For medical offices we use providers that sign a Business Associate Agreement.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not buy or sell lead lists. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not record calls without the disclosure your state requires.
Cookies
One session cookie, used for forms and, if you have one, your account. Details on the Cookies page.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction or ask for deletion. Write through the contact page under "Legal notice". If you have an account, you can delete it yourself from Delete account.
Children
This site and service are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
