The service
AI Office connects AI systems to the phone lines, mailboxes, documents, websites and business tools of a client. The scope of each engagement is the written plan produced in the audit week. Work outside that plan is quoted separately.
Approvals and caps
Actions involving money, legal commitments or promises to customers are drafted for the client's approval unless the client has authorized them in writing for specific cases. Every paid third party service runs under a daily cap set by the client. When a cap is reached the service pauses for the day.
Fees
The setup fee is due before the build starts and is not refundable once the build has started. The monthly fee is billed in advance. Third party usage is billed at the provider's price with no markup, shown per service on the invoice.
Cancellation
Either side can end the monthly service with 30 days written notice. Integrations are switched off and the client's systems are left as they were. Logs, prompts and configuration are handed to the client on request.
Accuracy and responsibility
AI can make mistakes. The service is built to hand uncertain cases to a person and to log every action, and the client agrees to review the log and the monthly report. AI Office is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of AI output that the client chose to automate without review, or for third party services failing.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Accounts
Where an account exists, one account per person. We can close accounts that abuse the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes
We update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top tells you when.
