Questions about pricing
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, monitoring, the monthly tuning session and every fix to answers or rules. Usage (call minutes, AI tokens, SMS) is billed at what the providers charge us, with no markup.
What is the daily cap?
A hard limit you set per service. When it is reached the service stops for the day and you get a message. It cannot be exceeded by a busy day or a bug.
Is there a contract?
Setup is paid once. The monthly fee is month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice and the integrations are switched off, your systems stay exactly as they were.
Can I start with one and add more?
Yes. Most offices start with the phone. Adding a second integration later is priced as a single integration, and bundles are re-priced from what you already have.
Who owns the setup?
You do. The forwarding rules, the answers, the prompts and the logs are yours and are handed over if you leave.
Your systems stay yours
Nothing to migrate and nothing new to learn. AI plugs into the phone number, inbox, calendar and books you already use, and a person is always one step away.
- Week 1: we map your calls, emails and paperwork
- Weeks 2 and 3: we build and test on your real cases
- Week 4: live, with a person watching every hand-off
- Every month: we tune what it says and what it may do
